Spindle speed: Users can set it freely between 500-5000r to adapt to material cutting, and the setting is effective during infinite speed regulation operation.
Cutting stroke: Range 0-200mm, set an appropriate stroke to stop cutting after completion, and continuously cut the same sample without the need for repositioning.
Cutting speed: range 0.01-3mm/s, choose a cutting speed that is suitable for the material and meets the cutting requirements for the material. The setting is invalid during operation.
Backward speed: range 0-15mm/s, refers to the speed at which the cutting runs back to the cutting starting point after reaching the set distance. The larger the setting, the faster the retreat.
Jogging speed: range 0-15mm/s, refers to the manual forward and backward speed. If the equipment operation is not proficient, it should be set smaller to avoid the cutting blade hitting the workpiece.
Cutting mode selection: Direct cutting and impact cutting are two modes for users to choose from, providing a wider range of material cutting needs
Direct cutting: It is a common and most economical cutting mode, suitable for most material cutting choices. 、
Impact cutting: Suitable for specific materials and materials with relatively high hardness where suitable cutting blades cannot be found, and worn materials are prone to block the cutting blades, or the abrasive of the cutting blades is insufficient. Impact cutting may cause higher cutting blade wear, but it will reduce the risk of overheating of the workpiece.
Cutting distance: range 0.1-2mm, only effective for impact cutting mode. The smaller the set distance, the faster the impact cutting speed. The cutting speed of the workpiece is related to the set cutting speed.
User parameters: When in use, the parameters we set can be stored in the user parameters. When cutting pieces of the same material, we do not need to set parameters every time for different samples and materials, making it more convenient and efficient to complete sample cutting. The storage parameters can currently store 12 items, and additional information needs to be provided when users make purchases.
